These terms apply to all industrial flooring services contracted with Rychem Solution (trading as Epoxy Ninja Johor Bahru, "we", "our") and to visitors using our website https://epoxyflooringjb.com.
Website use
The content on this website — including guides, cost estimators, and system specifications — is provided for general information. It is not a substitute for a site-specific assessment. Actual system selection, cost, and warranty terms depend on a physical site visit and Tramex moisture scan.
Quotations and contracts
- Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- A signed quotation, signed BQ, or written acceptance constitutes a binding contract.
- Payment terms are specified on each quotation and typically follow a deposit-and-stage-payment structure.
- We retain the right to decline work we consider unsafe or outside our technical competency.
Site visits and Tramex moisture scans
Initial site visits and Tramex moisture scans are complimentary within our standard Johor coverage (Johor Bahru, Pasir Gudang, Skudai, Senai, Iskandar Puteri). For out-of-state projects we may request travel cost coverage before scheduling.
Services scope
Our services include but are not limited to:
- Industrial polyurethane (PU) and epoxy flooring systems
- Food-grade and HACCP-compliant hygienic PU flooring
- Floor repair, substrate remediation, and moisture mitigation
- Self-leveling epoxy for warehouses, production, and showrooms
- ESD / anti-static conductive and dissipative flooring
- Heavy-duty mortar systems including urethane concrete
- Anti-slip PU flooring for wet processing and washdown zones
- Carpark deck coating and line marking
- Chemical-resistant FRP and vinyl ester linings
- Factory line marking, 5S color coding, and safety zoning
Warranty
Performance warranty terms are specified per project in writing on the BQ. Warranties cover system failure modes resulting from materials and workmanship. Warranties do NOT cover:
- Mechanical damage (forklift impact, dropped tools, structural movement).
- Chemical attack outside the matrix specified in the BQ.
- Substrate moisture beyond the level recorded at install, unless a DPM intervention was included in scope.
- Misuse, negligent maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.
Access, safety, and site readiness
Clients are responsible for providing safe, accessible, and appropriately lit work areas. Before we install we require:
- Floor cleared of furniture, equipment, and obstacles.
- Adequate ventilation, especially for solvent-base systems.
- Stable ambient conditions within specified temperature and humidity ranges.
- Site access coordination for our crew and materials.
Liability
Our total liability for any single project is capped at the contract value unless otherwise agreed in writing. We maintain public liability insurance as required by Malaysian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first, and if necessary, through Malaysian courts of competent jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to active project clients directly.
