We install homogeneous full-depth systems, not thin-film coatings. Every project starts with a Tramex moisture scan and ends with a floor that outlasts the factory around it.

After years of watching competitors sell thin-film coatings and disappear after handover, Michael started Epoxy Ninja with a simple rule: the floor has to be the surface, not a protection layer on top of it. That means homogeneous full-depth systems — hygienic PU, urethane concrete, self-leveling epoxy, ESD, and heavy-duty mortar — all installed with substrate prep that meets the spec.
Before we quote, we scan. Tramex CME4, CMEXpert II, and CMEX5 meters map moisture across the entire slab. We check the substrate, walk the chemical exposure zones, and ask the hard questions about washdown cycles and thermal shock. Only then do we recommend a system.
We're selective about clients. If your facility doesn't need what we sell, we'll tell you that too. The last thing we want is a peeling floor with our name on it.

Michael is the founder and technical director of Epoxy Ninja Johor Bahru. He personally oversees every BQ, moisture scan, and installation across Johor, Selangor, KL, and Penang. If you book a site visit, Michael is who you meet — not a sales rep with a brochure.
On the technical side, Michael is certified in advanced concrete moisture testing with the full Tramex meter range (CME4, CMEXpert II, CMEX5). He specializes in industrial epoxy and PU system selection, with hands-on installation experience across F&B, pharma, electronics, and heavy-industry facilities. He also hosts the @EpoxyNinja YouTube channel, documenting real project logs with 20K-80K views per upload.

The Epoxy Ninja install crew is a factory-trained team of industrial flooring specialists operating out of Taman Molek. Every crew member is drilled on Tramex moisture mapping, SSPC-SP13 surface prep, and the exact resin chemistries we install — from hygienic PU to ESD and urethane concrete.
Site-prep is the part cheap contractors cut. We don't. Diamond grinding, shot blasting, crack routing, and chase cutting are done properly before any resin hits the floor. Climate is monitored during the pour. Batch mix ratios are tracked. Cure is verified before handover.

Our workshop and material storage sits at No. 01-12, Jalan Molek 1/31, Taman Molek, Johor Bahru. It's the operational base for every project we run — where BQs are scoped, material batches are prepared, and install scheduling happens.
Primary coverage: Johor Bahru, Pasir Gudang, Skudai, Senai, Iskandar Puteri. Same-day site visits across the JB metro. Regular project presence in Selangor, KL, and Penang. For out-of-state work, we fly to scan, return to install, and handle logistics end to end.
